Reduce Co2 emissions to protect nature
GRS certification allows us to provide the customer with a certificate of analysis from an external body ICEA that attests to the % of use from recycled material.
Our company was the first in Italy to be GRS 2019 certified.
In addition to GRS product certification, our company incorporates approximately 20% pre-consumer recycled material, regranulated in-house by our company, into all the compounds we produce. The surplus material, that we are not able to use directly, is used in the realization of synthetic turf fields through a commercial partnership with a large manufacturer of these plants.
This agreement allows us to reduce to zero the production waste of thermoplastic material. Imminent investment in a photovoltaic plant for the production of 1.3 to 2 million watts of current in order to reduce our external energy needs between 70% and 80%.
All our machines are equipped with Energy Saving in order to reduce the general energy consumption of our production plant.
